1. Sites with content deemed illegal in the USA will not be accepted.
2. If I catch you linking to sites with illegal content, your site will be removed.
3. Your TGP must contain at least 60% content.
4. You must send at least 10 visitors a day or your site may be removed.
5. If you sign up and do not send traffic within 24 hours your site will be removed. No Traffic = No Trade!
6. Unproductive or low quality trades will be removed.
7. NO Pop-ups, Exit Consoles, Dialers, Viruses and Trojans.
8. You MUST HAVE a top list on your site. No Toplist = No Trade!
9. Trades are disabled by default. Once you have sent 10 hits your trade will automatically be enabled.
